• Ability to follow recipes, methods, direction and production standards with consistency

• Strong attention to detail and care in finishing and presentation

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a shared production environment

• Willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously improve

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven kitchen

• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
